Condominium Unit owner sued to determine the redemption price for her unit in a common interest development that had been sold at a nonjudicial foreclosure sale due to unpaid lien. The trial court ruled that amount due included expenses purchaser paid for maintenance and repair work on the unit after the foreclosure sale, an electric bill, and interest on the foreclosure sale purchase price. Unit owner appealed. The California Court of Appeals affirmed.
